(Text-only) 2025 Reunion

In March this year I put a request on the website for anyone interested in a reunion this year to let me know so that I can see if a get together is viable. Unfortunately, only a couple of those on the register showed any interest.

However, I have been in contact with the events organiser, Jacky, at the Petwood Hotel. and she has provisionally booked us in on Thursday afternoon 2nd October to book out on Saturday 4 October with details shown below.

The reason for arriving on a Thursday is that there may be a chance to visit RAF Waddington on Friday to see the progress of XM607.

The following rooms are being reserved for us:-
12 Classic Twin / Double rooms
2 Classic Single rooms
3 Garden View rooms

The cost for the rooms:-
Classic Twin / Double rooms     ( 2 guests)             £185.00 per night
Classic Twin / Double rooms     ( 1 guest)              £160.00 per night
Classic Single rooms                                    £140.00 per night
Garden View rooms                (2 guests)              £220.00 per night

These rates are inclusive of Dinner ( 3courses) with coffee, Bed & Breakfast each night.
Thursday night - Dinner in the restaurant at your guest's leisure.
Friday night - Dinner - set menu served in a Private room - The menu we can discuss and I can cater for any dietary requirements.
Breakfast each morning is served in the restaurant 7am - 9.30am at your guests leisure.

In the past, your guests have called directly and booked from the allocated rooms - quoting VCCR and the date. They can then advise if they wish to stay one or two nights. Jacky can be contacted on 01526 352411.

To secure the booking we ask for a £50.00 deposit and this is taken off the final balance. We would ask for the final to be paid on arrival.

I would urge those attending the reunion to book their accommodation within the next three weeks and advise me by e mail so that a decision can be made as to whether to go ahead with the function. We really need more than twenty of us to make it all worthwhile
